Load-In: April 24th, 2026 8:00am-5:00pm and/or April 25th, 2026 from 6:00am-8:30am
Event Hours: April 25th, 2026, 9:00am-4:00pm 
Breakdown: April 25th, 2026, 4:00pm-8:00pm

Vendor booths are a 10x10 space in indoor and outdoor areas. Booth rental is $100 inside the main building and $75 for outdoor spaces. Booths spaces with power in the main building are $125. No power is accessible to vendor spaces outdoors. Food truck vendors serving plated meals have already been selected. There is no availability for this category.

Vendors are responsible for your entire setup. No tables, chairs, drapes, or partitions are provided. You may set up pop-up tents if you wish but not required. Outdoor spaces are set up on concrete and outdoor tents must have weighed tie downs such as concrete blocks or sandbags. Parking for vendors is in close proximity to booth areas.

If you wish for your booth to be placed beside a friend, please include their name on the given space on your application. Any placement requests to be by an individual after registration will be a $25 charge.

No refunds of any type will be given out for any reason unless in the case of event cancellation by the venue or facilitator. This is a rain or shine event.

Items to be sold at Spring Fest must follow these guidelines: no items containing profanity, vulgar/insensitive material or adult suggestive material.

Spring Fest does accept snack food vendors. These may include but not limited to fudge, jerky, candies, cakes, ice cream, cookies, etc. Snack food vendors are not considered plate vendors and will not be included in the food truck areas. Snack food vendors may register for indoor or outdoor spaces. Please inquire with any questions regarding this category.

All vendors selling items at Spring Fest must submit 7% sales tax to Four Arrows Events, LLC. FAE remits sales tax for each event to the Mississippi Tax Commission. You will receive a form to fill out your information and submit your sales tax money at the close of each event. This guideline is for ALL vendors whether or not they pay to their own state or monthly. We do not accept checks for sales tax. Receipts available.
